Quillstone (quillstone.com.au) sells printable digital educational workbooks and worksheets. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights — and sets out our basic terms of sale.
Information we collect
- When you sign in — we use Google Sign-In only; we never ask for or store a password. Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us to create your account.
- When you make a purchase — payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We keep a record of your order (what you bought, the amount, and its status) so you can access your purchases and view your order history.
- Marketing emails — entirely optional and off by default. We only record your preference when you explicitly opt in at sign-in or in Account Settings, and we keep a simple history of when consent was given or withdrawn.
- Cookies — we use two strictly necessary cookies: one to keep you signed in, and one to remember your cart if you're browsing without an account. We don't use advertising cookies.
- Analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, general location, device and browser type). This involves a cookie set by Google. We don't use it to advertise to you or to identify you personally, and it's governed by Google's own privacy policy.
How we use your information
We use your information only to create and manage your account, process purchases and give you access to what you bought, respond to support requests, and — only if you've opted in — send marketing emails. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to process payments — governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
- Google, for sign-in — governed by Google's own privacy policy. You can review or revoke Quillstone's access to your Google account any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Amazon Web Services, our hosting provider — your account and order data is stored on servers located in Australia.
- Google Analytics, for site usage statistics — governed by Google's privacy policy.
Your rights
- View your order history and purchased content any time in My Learning.
- Update your marketing email preference, or unsubscribe entirely, any time in Account Settings.
- Ask what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account, by contacting us below.
Refunds
Our products are digital downloads. Once a file has been downloaded we're generally not able to offer a refund, since a digital product can't be returned. If something goes wrong on our end — a broken file, a duplicate charge, or you didn't receive access to what you paid for — contact us and we'll fix it or refund you. Nothing in this policy limits any guarantee you're entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law.
